Terms of Use

The rules governing your use of the Revenue Shadow website, Creator Revenue Audit, and related information.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement to use the Creator Revenue Audit or inquire about Revenue Shadow services.

3. Website information

Website content is provided for general informational and business-planning purposes. It does not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or client relationship. A commercial relationship begins only after both parties sign a separate written agreement.

4. Creator Revenue Audit

The audit uses information you enter and stated assumptions to create illustrative planning scenarios. Results are not guarantees, forecasts, valuations, offers of financing, or promises of business performance. See the Creator Audit Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, copy or exploit the audit system, scrape personal information, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Revenue Shadow name, branding, website design, copy, audit framework, calculations, and other original materials are owned by Revenue Shadow or used with permission. You may use your personal audit results for your own internal planning, but no broader licence is granted.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to third-party services such as Calendly and email providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Revenue Shadow is not responsible for their availability, content, or independent actions.

8. No warranties

The website and audit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular business decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Shadow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or reliance on audit results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction in British Columbia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to andrius@revenueshadow.com.

These terms are a practical operational baseline and are not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review them before accepting payments, selling subscriptions, or entering material commercial partnerships.
