Privacy Policy

How Revenue Shadow collects, uses, protects, and gives you control over your information.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Who we are

Revenue Shadow provides creator-business audits, strategy, operating partnerships, and selected implementation services. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to andrius@revenueshadow.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, optional creator handle, inquiry details, Creator Revenue Audit answers, and calculated results.

We also collect limited first-party usage information such as pages viewed, an anonymous browser-session identifier, referral source, campaign parameters, audit activity, and booking-link clicks. We do not intentionally collect payment-card information through this website.

3. How we use information

  • To provide and improve the Creator Revenue Audit and website.
  • To respond to inquiries and evaluate potential partnerships.
  • To send requested audit information and relevant follow-up communications where you have consented.
  • To understand traffic, advertising performance, and conversion activity.
  • To protect the website, comply with law, and enforce our terms.

4. Email communication

When you consent to marketing communication, you may receive your audit and relevant Revenue Shadow emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional or directly requested responses may still be sent when necessary.

5. Session storage and analytics

The website uses a temporary anonymous session identifier to estimate visitor sessions and understand which pages and actions are useful. It does not intentionally identify you by name. Advertising platforms may require separate tracking technologies in the future; this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.

6. Service providers and transfers

We may use trusted providers for website hosting and databases, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and business operations. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where privacy laws differ. We share only the information reasonably necessary for them to provide their services.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Email andrius@revenueshadow.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

9. Children

The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will show when the policy was revised.

This policy is a practical operational baseline and is not legal advice. A qualified lawyer should review it before substantial paid advertising, international expansion, or the introduction of payments and subscriptions.
